• Provide a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, and other specialized therapies.
• Create personalized treatment plans for guests based on their specific needs and preferences.
• Use advanced spa equipment and tools, such as massage tables, steam rooms, and saunas, to enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate with the resort's wellness team to ensure a seamless and integrated wellness experience for guests.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the spa industry, and continuously seek opportunities for professional development.
• Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained.
• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests with a warm and welcoming attitude, and addressing their needs with professionalism and care.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about resort policies, procedures, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist or in a related field.
• Certification in a recognized spa therapy program, such as the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) or the International Association of Medical Reflexologists (IAMR).
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with guests from around the world.
• Strong knowledge of Balinese spa techniques and products, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt to new trends and technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and understand their unique needs.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with using spa software and tools, such as scheduling systems, treatment planning software, and guest management systems.
• Passion for wellness, health, and self-care, with a commitment to providing the highest standard of care and service to guests.
