• Oversee daily payroll processing using SAP Payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
• Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Process salary disbursements and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and prepare monthly reports for management.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by preparing offer letters and employment contracts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Payroll, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in a recruitment firm or similar industry.
• Certification in payroll management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in using SAP Payroll and Microsoft Office Suite.
