📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide legal advice and counsel to the CEO and other key stakeholders on a wide range of legal matters, including contract negotiations, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring they are legally sound and aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian and international regulations, including data protection laws, employment laws, and environmental regulations.
• Advise on and manage corporate governance matters, including board meetings, shareholder agreements, and corporate secretarial duties.
• Stay up-to-date with legal developments in the technology and startup sectors, and proactively identify and address potential legal risks.
• Work closely with the company's finance and operations teams to ensure legal compliance and support business operations.
• Provide training and support to the company's employees on legal and compliance matters.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations, as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international business law, including corporate law, contract law, and employment law.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proactive and strategic thinker, with the ability to identify and address legal risks proactively.
• Familiarity with legal software and tools, such as Westlaw, Bloomberg Law, and LegalZoom.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
