📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile, ensuring they feel at home from the moment they arrive.
• Assist with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, using our in-house booking system.
• Provide information about our facilities, classes, and events to guests and members.
• Promote our social events and community activities to encourage participation and engagement.
• Assist with court bookings and ensure smooth operations during game sessions.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility, ensuring it meets our high standards of cleanliness.
• Collaborate with the team to create a positive and enjoyable experience for all guests and members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse range of people.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Proactive and adaptable, with a strong work ethic and a passion for providing exceptional service.
• Basic knowledge of sports and fitness is a plus, but not required.
