As an HSE Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining comprehensive health, safety, and environmental programs. You will work closely with the HSE Manager and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Your daily tasks will include conducting risk assessments, developing safety protocols, and providing training to employees. You will also monitor environmental impact and implement measures to minimize pollution and resource consumption.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental management systems in accordance with international and Indonesian standards.
Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Provide training and awareness programs to employees on safety, environmental compliance, and emergency procedures.
Monitor and report on compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.
Collaborate with the HSE Manager to ensure the effective implementation of safety and environmental initiatives.
Investigate incidents and accidents, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety legislation, including OSHA and Indonesian labor laws.
Work with external consultants and auditors to ensure continuous improvement of safety and environmental practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHSAS 18001) or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards, including ISO 14001.
Proven experience in developing and implementing safety and environmental programs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with water park operations and safety standards is a plus.
