- Oversee daily payroll processing using SAP Payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Process salary disbursements and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and prepare monthly reports for management.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by preparing offer letters and employment contracts.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations.
- Support the HR team in payroll-related projects and initiatives.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Payroll, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in a recruitment firm or similar industry.
- Certification in payroll management or a related field is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in using SAP Payroll and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
