As a Skilled Bartender, you'll craft signature cocktails and mocktails using premium ingredients, ensuring each drink is a masterpiece. Your day will be filled with a mix of creating new drink recipes, perfecting existing ones, and providing top-notch service to our discerning guests. You'll work closely with our Head Bartender to maintain high standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of our beverage program.

- Craft and serve premium cocktails and mocktails using high-quality ingredients.
- Collaborate with the Head Bartender to develop and refine drink recipes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable experience.
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Clean and maintain the bar area, ensuring a clean and inviting environment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall beverage program.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in mixology.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender in a high-end hospitality setting.
- Proven ability to create and serve signature cocktails and mocktails.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and mixers.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
- Valid food handler's certificate.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
