📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• Ensure timely payment of invoices while maintaining strong vendor relationships
• Maintain and update AP records and reports using QuickBooks and SAP
• Monitor accounts payable balances and reconcile discrepancies
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to vendors and internal stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with accounting standards and best practices
• Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable processing
• Proficient in QuickBooks and SAP accounting software
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations
