🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in network and system administration.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, TCP/IP, and routing.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
- Proficiency in using network monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or PRTG.
- Experience with system maintenance tools like Windows Server, Linux, and VMware.
