📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.,Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Manage project documentation, including permits, contracts, and reports.,Lead and mentor a team of construction workers, ensuring high performance and safety standards.,Communicate project progress and issues to senior management and stakeholders.,Ensure all construction activities adhere to environmental and sustainability practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in ID and Fit Out Construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and equipment.,Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with relevant construction software and tools.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different construction sites.
