Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business requirements,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement CRM strategies,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM implementations,Provide technical support and training to end-users,Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM technologies and industry trends,Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback,Optimize CRM performance and ensure data integrity,Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for CRM implementations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer (3+ years),Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices,Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, or Power Platform,Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based solutions,Knowledge of SQL and database management,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
