Global Pro Pratama is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. As a Senior HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. You will play a key role in ensuring the company's workforce is productive, engaged, and compliant with all regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding, ensuring the company hires the best talent.,Manage employee relations, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise, and fostering a positive work environment.,Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, and manage any disciplinary actions or grievances.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their career growth.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including payroll and benefits information.,Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.,Represent the company at employee meetings, workshops, and other HR-related events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Senior HR Generalist or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.,Proficient in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.,Experience in managing a diverse workforce is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is required.
