Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Exhibition

Nanyang Technological University (NTU) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive or Assistant Manager to join our team in Canggu, Bali. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading educational institution and contribute to the success of our exhibition activities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Plan, organize, and execute exhibitions that align with NTU's academic and research goals.
• Collaborate with faculty, students, and industry partners to ensure the success of exhibitions.
• Manage budgets and resources to deliver high-quality exhibitions within allocated budgets.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote exhibitions and attract attendees.
• Monitor and evaluate exhibition performance, and provide reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Represent NTU at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in exhibition management or related field.
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing exhibitions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with event management software and tools.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
