📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with business goals.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees during and after training sessions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
