Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Manage the store's inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Train and supervise store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns and feedback.
• Participate in inventory and stock-taking activities to ensure accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
