📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.

Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.

Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.

Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports to improve recruitment processes.

Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
