📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses to determine the skills, qualifications, and responsibilities required for each position.,Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role and company culture.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintaining a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Providing regular reports and updates to stakeholders on recruitment metrics and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
