People & Operations Officer

As a People & Operations Officer, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, from onboarding to offboarding. You'll work closely with our team to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with management to address HR-related issues and concerns.
• Assist in the development of training programs for employees.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
• Support the HR team in managing employee relations and conflicts.
• Assist in the development of HR metrics and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
• Certificate in HR management or a related field is a plus.
