📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the café.,Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to improve efficiency and profitability.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure that all aspects of the business are aligned and working together effectively.,Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the café or hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Keen eye for detail and ability to multitask.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
