As a Lead Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our backend systems. You will work closely with our team of developers to ensure that our systems are scalable, reliable, and secure. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and services,Work with a team of developers to ensure that our systems are scalable, reliable, and secure,Identify and resolve performance issues and bottlenecks,Implement and maintain security measures to protect our systems and data,Collaborate with other teams, such as frontend developers and product managers, to ensure that our systems meet the needs of our users,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in backend development,Mentor and guide junior developers to help them grow and develop their skills,Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field,At least 5 years of experience in backend development,Experience with at least one backend programming language, such as Java, Python, or C#,Experience with at least one backend framework, such as Spring, Django, or .NET,Experience with at least one database system, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB,Experience with cloud-based systems and services, such as AWS or Azure,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Excellent communication and teamwork skills
