📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Sourcing and screening job applicants using various methods such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Conducting initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and coordinate the recruitment process.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
• Providing feedback to candidates and offering guidance on their job search process.
• Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English.
