Urban Global Lestari is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Cilegon, Banten. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR manager in other HR-related tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
