Property Nusantara Mandiri is seeking a dedicated HSE Officer to join our team in Surakarta, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and health of our employees and visitors, as well as maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.,Provide training and education to employees on HSE best practices and procedures.,Investigate accidents and incidents, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all HSE activities and incidents.,Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.,Stay up-to-date with the latest HSE trends, regulations, and best practices.,Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Occupational Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the property management or facility management industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international HSE regulations and standards.,Certification in a relevant HSE qualification (e.g., OHSH, IOSH, or NEBOSH) is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
