📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s growth and employee satisfaction.
• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Leverage HR analytics tools to track key metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve issues.
• Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices, applying them to our organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and talent management, with a focus on strategic HR initiatives.
• Proven experience with HR information systems (HRIS) such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Certification in HR analytics or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is a strong asset.
