📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the ATM network across Bali, ensuring high availability and performance.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Manage and mentor a team of ATM managers and technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Leverage data analytics to identify trends, optimize ATM locations, and improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ATM services with other banking products and services.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of ATM operations.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in ATM operations, implementing relevant improvements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies governing ATM operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in ATM operations, with a proven track record in leading ATM departments.
Certification in ATM management or a related field is a plus.
Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
Proficiency in using ATM management software, data analytics platforms, and customer relationship management systems.
