📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles,Coordinate with drivers to ensure safe and efficient operations,Oversee vehicle maintenance and repairs,Monitor fuel consumption and cost efficiency,Handle vehicle scheduling and route planning,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies,Communicate with mechanics and other departments to address vehicle issues,Generate reports on fleet performance and maintenance🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role,Knowledge of fleet management software and tools,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Valid driver's license and clean driving record,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite🛠️ Keahlian
