📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client expectations.,Manage and supervise banquet staff, delegating tasks and ensuring high standards of service.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during events.,Prepare and maintain banquet facilities, ensuring they are clean and ready for use.,Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining records.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution.,Assist in the preparation of event menus and ensure food and beverage service standards are met.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in banquet services or a related field.,Proven ability to manage and supervise staff effectively.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with event planning and coordination.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.,English language skills are a plus.
