Up Fresh Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Area Manager to join our team in Seminyak. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, managing a team of employees, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and that the store is maintained to a high standard.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both in-store and online.,Work closely with the Area Manager to achieve overall store objectives and targets.,Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews to ensure that employees are meeting their targets and receiving the necessary support.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement them in the store where appropriate.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the FMCG or grocery industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue.
