As a Butler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. This is an urgent position, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures,Provide personalized service to guests, including recommendations and assistance with their stay,Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the guest rooms and common areas,Prepare and serve meals and refreshments to guests,Assist with laundry and ironing services,Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and promptly,Perform other duties as assigned by the management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Butler or similar role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry procedures and protocols,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry heavy objects
