📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Plan and deliver engaging Buddhist Studies lessons aligned with Montessori principles.
  • Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that fosters spiritual growth.
  • Assist students in their personal and social development.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure a well-rounded educational experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
  • Participate in school events and activities.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in Montessori education and Buddhist teachings.
  • Promote the values of compassion, mindfulness, and ethical living among students.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Buddhist Studies, or a related field.
  • Certification in Montessori education or equivalent experience.
  • Deep understanding and practical knowledge of Buddhist teachings.
  • Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the school's schedule and requirements.
  • Passion for promoting the values of Buddhism and Montessori education.
