In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client accounts.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on performance and trends.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services to key clients.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network with potential clients and partners.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of client relationship management and sales techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
