📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Develop and implement spa programs and services to enhance guest experience and satisfaction.,Manage and mentor a team of spa professionals, providing training and development opportunities.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.,Monitor and analyze spa performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless integration of spa services with overall resort operations.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of high-quality products and services.,Represent the hotel at industry events and conferences to promote the spa's offerings and network with professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
