📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions and specifications.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, including telephone, in-person, and video interviews.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment support.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Provide feedback to candidates and keep them informed throughout the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.
