📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates to identify the best fit for our team.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in leading recruitment efforts.,Strong understanding of the local job market and ability to identify top talent.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
