Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies that drive business growth and profitability.,Work closely with senior management to identify and address operational challenges and opportunities.,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, such as productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of operational managers and supervisors, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Ensure that all operational activities are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar operational management role.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles, best practices, and industry standards.,Proven track record of successfully managing and improving operational processes and procedures.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as ERP systems, project management software, and data analysis tools.
