As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment to employee relations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including advertising job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and selecting the best candidates.,Administer and maintain employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.,Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and maintaining a positive work environment.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics to support decision-making.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Understanding of labor laws and regulations.,Experience in managing employee benefits and compensation is a plus.
