📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning all surfaces.
• Organize and maintain the villa's inventory, ensuring everything is in its proper place.
• Create and arrange decorative elements to enhance the villa's ambiance and guest experience.
• Prepare and maintain guest rooms, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and ready for new arrivals.
• Collaborate with the villa's management team to plan and execute special decorations for events and occasions.
• Assist in maintaining the villa's outdoor spaces, including gardens and common areas.
• Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for all guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff, ensuring their needs are met with a smile.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Proven ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Creative and attentive to detail, with a passion for design and decoration.
• Familiarity with cleaning and organizing tools and software, such as ProClean or similar.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
