🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in organizational development or a similar role.
Proven track record of successfully implementing organizational reforms.
Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using organizational development tools and software, such as SAP SuccessFactors and Workday.
Certification in Organizational Development (e.g., PHR, SPHR, or equivalent).
Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
