📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily operations of the assigned properties, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage and motivate a team of front office staff, ensuring that they are well-trained and committed to providing excellent service to guests.
• Ensure that all properties are well-maintained and that any issues are addressed promptly.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and feedback, and implement improvements as necessary.
• Work closely with the Area Manager to achieve company goals and targets.
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that staff are properly trained.
• Handle any guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure that all financial targets are met and that accurate records are kept.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Previous experience in a managerial role is a plus.
